  Lynn Tamsett is by far the most rudest, unprofessional person I have ever met and dealt with. I would never recommend her services to anyone. They deserve - 0 stars.

  Couldn't be worse. After an arduous process to rent a unit I was fortunate to have only small repairs that I did myself for two years. After two years (and the rent raised 2X more than 20%), the air conditioning stopped working and after several e-mails trying to get it fixed (they don't accept calls unless it is urgent), the response was (quoted from the e-mail):

  Most disrespectful and rude service experienced in my entire life. Moved from unit 4 weeks ago. Unit was perfect as we spend lots of time cleaning it. Got email from real estate that the carpet needs to be steam clean( carpet is very old), made us spend over 500$ for cleaning and when asked when does the bond gets back.. and email pops out “ did you find a missing plug from the kitchen” how stupid is it that a plug is holding our entire 4 weeks bond. Will not recommend to anyone and will never use this real estate ever.

  Was a tenant of almost 7 years...and left because of the extremely rude and unprofessional attitude of LynTamsett. Basically instead of working with you to fix a problem she would rather threaten you with eviction. In my eyes she has not only done myself a dis service but also the owner and lost a very good tenant. It's unfortunate because most of the people working for her are nice to deal with.
